Recovering from a high-control group/relationship
Leaving — or even just beginning to question — can be one of the most disorienting experiences a person goes through. You may be dealing with confusion, grief, self-doubt, or a loss of identity that's hard to explain to people who weren't there. I offer individual counselling and art therapy for people at any stage of that process. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. We start wherever you are.

Supporting a loved one through coercive control
Watching someone you care about inside a controlling group or relationship — and feeling powerless to reach them — is its own particular kind of pain. You may be dealing with fear, guilt, confusion, or grief for a person who is still physically present but feels unreachable. I work with family members and supporters too, helping you understand what's happening, process your own experience, and find ways to stay connected without making things worse.

For professionals and organisations
I offer education, consultation, and presentations for mental health professionals, schools, workplaces, and community organisations who want to better understand coercive control and high-control groups — what they look like, how they recruit, and how to support people who have been affected. Costs vary depending on format and scope. Contact me to discuss what would work for your context.
